Many cultures have used colours to symbolize various aspects of life. They use colours to paint their faces and bodies. We also use colours to decorate our homes inside or out. Each country has a colourful national flag that has a hidden meaning that defines national history or values. Certain colours may brighten our moods or calm our minds. For example, yellow can be used to make you feel happy. Colours also connect us with nature. This is because colours are a reflection of everything around us. Colours have also been used to enhance the art. This is done through paintings, drawings and body painting.
There are thousands of colours available in the world. The colour refers not only to the paint but also to the expression of the environment and feelings. The many benefits of colour are the reason why we should accept this gift and start using colours to benefit ourselves.
