The train is a great public carrier. It has an iron body and iron wheels. It runs on a railway track. Some trains run by coal and some run by electricity. George Stephenson is the first one to invent the steam engine. Later on, it was improved by James Watt. Electric engines run faster than steam engines.
One train has 30 to 40 compartments. There are various classes on the train: Air conditioned-first class AC, Second class AC, Third class AC, Sleeper, Chair car and General.
They run at high speed and travel long distances. Among all the vehicles, the train is the longest one. The train's journey is comfortable and easy. Nowadays railway trains are seen in many towns and cities. These trains are divided into two types. The passenger trains, which carry passengers and carriage trains, which carry goods. Everyone enjoys travelling by train.
