Name of the book: The BFG
Author: Roald Dahl
BFG is a children's book written by British novelist Roald Dahl and illustrated by Quentin Blake. There are 25 chapters in this book. The characters are  Sophie, The BFG, the Man-eating giants, The heads of the Army and The Queen. I like this book because it is so entertaining and interesting.
This is an excellent, little story about a big, friendly Giant (BFG).  The main characters are the BFG and an orphan named Sophie.
This book is about ten-year-old Sophie who is in for the adventure of a lifetime when she meets the Big Friendly Giant. She is first afraid of the BFG, but then she sees that the giant is very nice. Sophie is an orphan with a good heart. The BFG is the smallest giant with a good heart. The part that I enjoyed and was a highlight for me, was when Sophie and The BFG get to know each other.
I laughed out loud at several parts. When the Giant tried to say words he pronounced them very differently and that was fun. Sophie is full of interesting ideas and the best part was when she came up with her big idea. I recommend this book!
