Sports keep us healthy and fit for work. It makes us stronger physically and mentally. Games are played all over the country. Some of the most popular body sports are Football, Volleyball, Cricket, Basketball etc. Not only physical games, online games are also played all over the country. Some of the most popular online games are Free Fire, Pubg, Minecraft etc.
Physical or athletic games require physical skills to play. They are good for our health. Sports refresh our minds and protect us from disease. Exercise keeps us active and increases blood flow throughout the body and keeps the percentage of fat in our body low. Sometimes sports can be dangerous because any injuries can occur while playing these games. Therefore, a person should wear a proper safety kit before physical activity.
On the other hand, online games are played using the latest technology. These games can be played by people all over the world at the same time. This type of game is played with a network of computers that make extensive use of the Internet to communicate with others. Without the internet, people can not communicate with games because all online games require the internet. It requires a lot of skills and techniques for those who want to play. There is a disadvantage to online games. The player can lead to online harassment. Sometimes when we download games from sites that may infect our computer. Cyberbullying may also occur especially among children who are involved in online games. So we need to be very careful when playing online games.
