A globe is a model of our planet Earth. The word globe comes from the latin word ‘globus’ meaning ‘sphere’.Without a globe, no one would know the shape of Earth. I also have a globe. My globe is made from cardboard and wood. It is colourful. It has colours like purple, red, green, blue, etc. The globe’s stand is black. Around the globe, there are many cities, countries, sea and continents. At the lower part, there is Antarctica.
