Food is the basic ingredient that the body needs to survive. Food is needed for all living things to survive. Food should be eaten at the right time and amount to keep ourselves strong and healthy. Eating healthy and nutritious foods is good for our health and unhealthy foods and packaged foods can lead to unhealthy living.
There are varieties of foods all over the world: Nepali food, Indian food, Chinese food, Italian food etc. All dishes have different tastes. In addition, our nature provides us with a variety of foods: Fruits, vegetables, dairy products, seafood etc.
Food has a lot of importance in our life.  As it is the basic need to survive, we should be always careful while taking food on our plates. We should not waste food. In other words, we should take only that much that our stomach can allow. Many children are there on roads who are labouring to get a daily meal. After seeing conditions like these people should not dare to waste food. Moreover, we should always provide food to the needy as much as we can.
