My country’s name is Nepal. It is a beautiful landlocked country in South Asia. Its capital city is Kathmandu. Nepal’s neighboring countries are India and China. Nepal is divided into three parts: Terai, Pahad & the Himalaya. My country is famous for the highest mountain in the world called Mt Everest & beautiful religious temple Pashupatinath which is for Hindus. Besides these there are so many places to visit in Nepal are: Lumbini , Chitwan & Pokhara etc. Lumbini is the place where Lord Buddha was born. Chitwan is famous for Jungle safari. Pokhara is very beautiful to look at too for tourists.
The national animal of Nepal is the cow, the national flower is the Rhododendron & the national bird is Lophophorus. Nepal is rich in culture. There are many people with different cultures and languages in Nepal. There are varieties of cuisine too. Many tourists visit Nepal to see Nepal’s natural beauty. I am proud of being Nepali and love the culture of Nepal.
