Malala Yosafzai is a Pakistani girl working as an activist for women education. Malala was born in 1997 in Mingora, Pakistan. Having a daughter was not something the then society would celebrate, but Malala’s father made sure she got every opportunity in her life just like the rest of the boys in the village. Malala’s father used to run an all-girls school in Swat village until the troops of Taliban came and made their lives a living hell. They were not allowed to watch TVs or listen to music. And if anyone disobeyed, the Taliban would give them harsh punishments.
She was an active activist even back in Pakistan due to which the Taliban were furious. And in 2012, while returning home from school, a masked man came up to the bus and asked “Who is Malala”  and then shot her on the left side of her head. After staying 10 days in coma, Malala woke her eyes in Birmingham, England. After months of surgeries and rehabilitations, Malala started living with her family in the U.K. Instead of staying quiet like the Taliban wanted her, she started voicing out things and established Malala funds at the age of 14 and became the youngest Noble Laureate. She now gives chances to many young girls out there to study and to be safe from all the cruelties of the world.
Malala studied Philosophy, Politics and Economy and graduated from Oxford university. She travels many countries to meet girls suffering from poverty, wars, gender descrimination and child marriage to go to school. She works her best to fund those little girls at least 12 years of safe education. Her work has made a huge impact on many girls. Malala funds have been working many years to provide for as many girls as possible. Public charity has also helped a lot.
Malala recently got married to Asser Malik, a general manager in high performance at the Pakistan Cricket Board, the country's cricket governing body on November 10, 2021. 24 year old Malala still fights for young girls out there who need her support. Her great works have influenced many other people and have made her a huge prominent female leader in this era of society. I hope for all the best for Malala and all the girls out there who deserve everything in their life without the restrictions of the society
