Every term our teacher assign us project work. They divide the class into many groups and assign project work to each group. We have to stay within the group to do our project work. We all should also try giving an equal contribution to work to all group members. I used to think a group is made to make our work easier, but now it is made to improve our social skills and our team up skills. Studies have shown that working in a group can improve our discussion, communication, listening and speaking skills. While working in a group we should try to include everyone’s ideas and present them in our work. It makes our work more capable. There are many advantages to doing work in a group; it develops our interpersonal skills. This allows each member to integrate themselves into a collective team, and enhance their collective consciousness. Moreover, it is encouraged to listen with an open mind to learn from others and listen to their points of view. I enjoy doing group work.
