Why Do We Dream?

Dreams are non-existent ideas that occur during certain stages of sleep. They are most effective in the course of REM sleep, or the rapid eye movement section, even as you will be much less likely to recollect your dream, but it has been hard for researchers to explain the function of dreams.
When you wake up, your mind has some meaning in it. When you sleep, your mind continues to be lively, however, your thoughts or dreams often have little or no meaning. This may be because the sensory centres of the brain evoke dreams, rather than rational regions.
Although there is no clear evidence, dreams are common thoughts based on your recent activities, interviews, or other issues in your life.
