Radio is a wonderful gift of Science and Technology. It was invented by Marconi, an Italian scientist. Radio works with the help of electricity or a battery. We can enjoy music, songs and news on the radio. As radio is small in size it can be easily carried from one place to another. World Radio Day is celebrated on 13th February each year. Some radios have wire and some radios are wireless. Nowadays, wireless radios are found in the market.
