On the first day of school, I was very excited. In the morning, I ate my breakfast, then I packed my bag. I was in a hurry to meet my friends and teachers. When I reached the school, I did not see my friends and was very confused about where my class was. Then I saw one of my teachers. I greeted her and she showed me, my class. All my friends were there. They all looked so different and excited. We all were very happy to meet each other. When the bell rang, we went to the assembly. From that day our sports week was going to start. There were so many games for the sports week, but we were only allowed to play three games among them. So, I selected three games. I selected a sack race, a zigzag race and a 100 meters race. Basketball was compulsory. The first game of the sports week was the musical chair. Some of my friends took part in musical chairs. It was so fun to watch them playing. Then we played basketball. I won the basketball game. After that, we ate our lunch together. We shared our lunch too. After that there were other games too, the cup mountain and many more. After all the games were over, we had our snacks and went home. The first day at school was a really precious time.
