Personal hygiene is something we do to keep ourselves and our environment clean to maintain good health. Personal hygiene is a personal responsibility. There are many things we can do to keep our bodies healthy. Some examples are washing hair/body, brushing teeth, going to the dentist, washing hands, drinking plenty of water, cutting our nails, wearing clean clothes etc. Personal hygiene is essential for a healthy, happy, and productive life. Personal hygiene is very important. People can show their health through exercise and healthy eating. Eating more fruits and vegetables throughout the day can help maintain your health and weight. Personal hygiene should be a part of everyone's life!
