The idea is a complicated one whether the children involved in works such as collecting plastics and used cans instead of going to school is a violation of child right or not. There can be a lot of factors involved and it is not easy to say which one is the best view to consider.

In support of the question, there are numbers of points to be discussed. Children are a beautiful creation of god and it is the responsibility of the parents as well as the state to build their future. Children who are supposed to go to school are compelled to do such work due to poverty. The Government has signed Universal Declaration on child rights and it is their duty to provide them education, food for their all-around development. It is due to poverty most of the children are compelled to work risking their life. Most of the children face this violation is also because of natural calamities, war, and economic crises within a country. The problems which are seen in society are tough. To solve the problem, it is the prime duty of civil society, international society as well as social activists or philanthropists. If all the sectors take it as their own problems and the responsibility, the problem can be solved easily. Finally, collecting the plastics in the street reflects the economic condition of the country. It is needed public awareness and every conscious person has to come forward to separate children and to root out the problem forever.
