On 9th June 2021, my Grade teacher, Hama ma'am, instructed us a very interesting task. It was our 4th period DSS Talk when our teacher asked us to make anything of our choice with the help of clay and later we needed to share about it among our friends. She also gave us an option to use dough if  the clay is not available. According to our teacher's instructions, I made different geometrical shapes and coloured them one by one. First, I used dough to make roti. After that, I cut it into different shapes with the help of a scissor, knife and scale. I coloured them using the leftover colour of Holi. Then, I pasted it on a chart paper. It took a long time, around 2 hours. I took help from my mother to cut the different shapes and coloured them.

At the same time, I made a beautiful birthday cake for my birthday with dough. It looked very nice. My mother encouraged me to make this cake. At first, I made a big circle from dough and wrapped that circle with thick dough. Again, I covered thick dough with the cake. Finally, I coloured using different colours and used flowers to decorate the cake. The message on the cake is ‘Happy Birthday to Me’. It was easier to make the cake than the previous task. It took 25 minutes only to make the cake Finally, it is a creative work for us. When I am doing this work I feel fun and enjoy it.
