Stars, a billion of them, making the sky shine.
They look similar at first but all of them are of one kind.
Shining alongside the moon in the night.
Ever wonder if you were them? If you were, then would you have fright?
They seem small, but each one makes a bigger picture.
Every time you see a new, it seems familiar, yet it rarely is the same.
On the day that the moon is gone, stars are there to make it bright.
For anyone who is outside at night.
Stars are there all the time, never afraid to shine.
We all are just like them, except for a small difference.
They may know they are the stars, but we will rarely find out if we were one.
Even though we will rarely know, it should not stop us from being one.
