At our school every month, we have a tour. This month because of the Covid 19, our school thought of doing a virtual tour on a topic called “Natural and Historical places of the World”. The tour was from 3:30 to 4:30 P.M. I was very excited about the tour. I did not know how it would be? I wondered if it would be fun, interesting or educational. Then the virtual tour started. At first, my teacher explained what we were going to explore. We were going to explore five different places. The first was our Sagarmatha, the highest peak in the world. We explored Sagarmatha virtually. The new height of Sagarmatha is 8,848.86 metres. We came to know about the other mountains too. The first person to climb Sagarmatha was Tenzing Norge Sherpa from our country Nepal. We saw the base camps too. The beauty of Mount Everest was mesmerizing.
The next place we visited was the ancient city of Petra in Jordan. It is a historic and archaeological city. It is believed that inside the city there are lots of treasures. The next place we visited was the Kingdom of Bhutan. It is a country with a strong ancient Buddhist culture. It is a religious place for Buddhism. We saw the monastery, it was very beautiful and there was a statue of  Lord Buddha. We saw many amazing instruments of the Buddist. I liked the monastery of Bhutan. It is a naturally beautiful place. The next place we visited was Zurich in Switzerland. It is the largest place in Switzerland. There are many museums and art galleries in Zurich. It is also the world’s largest financial centre. It is a clean and beautiful place. The last place we visited was Victoria Falls, which is one of the famous waterfalls that lies in South Africa. It is also considered to be the world’s largest waterfall. This waterfall is very fascinating and beautiful. The virtual tour was very interesting, informative.
