Insomnia

Insomnia is a sleep disorder in which you have trouble falling or staying asleep. People are mostly awake late at night because of this disorder. The condition can be short term or can last a long time. It may also come and go. It doesn't hurt our body parts but it mainly hurts our sleep. Let me explain, you the causes of insomnia. There are so many reasons like watching electronic devices late at night, stress, lack of exercise, an irregular sleep schedule, mental health disorders, physical illnesses and medication. If you are still taking those habits and not having a good night sleep do visit your doctor as soon as possible. Now, let me explain what happens in our body while sleeping or before sleeping. At night when we are awake, our brain releases a chemical that wakes us for more hours and we see everything around us and when there is nothing left to see we sleep. Now let me tell you some interesting facts about our sleep disorder. Do you know that eating late at night can cause nightmares? Also, you won’t believe that while we are asleep our eyes move very fast! You can’t see it because your eyes are closed.
Now, I am giving you some basic tips to get rid of Insomnia. They are- stick to a sleep schedule. Keep your bedtime and wake time consistent from day to day, stay active, avoid or limit naps, avoid large meals and beverages before bed.
