Food is very important for our body to survive. Food provides us nutrients such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals.  Food can be healthy and unhealthy. Healthy food gives us protein for our body. Unhealthy food is processed food or junk food which we should not eat on a daily basis. We should be aware of unhealthy food because it can cause health problems. Many people enjoy eating different food so do I. We should eat green vegetables daily to stay away from eyesight problems. Nowadays, most people love to eat junk food because it is tasty. We all love to eat tasty and delicious food.  My favorite food is momo with soda.  Sometimes  I eat junk food to remember the taste. I like to eat many varieties of food.
