Are Video Game Consoles getting to the limits of what can be done nowadays?

Video games are in an ever-developing phase. May it be to story lengths or by graphics which attempts a user to appear it like real life, joint with console juggernauts such as Playstation, Nintendo, Xbox and more, attempt for realism by upgrading hardware materials such as processor, graphic cards, it makes a new limit for what game developers can work on.

Consoles are similar platforms that a graphic developer uses for making new virtual applications often referred to as apps. These apps can be made in various genres. Specifically, Intensive Graphic Designing requires strong workstation, that's when the computer parts distributing companies come in handy. Big companies such as Intel for microprocessors, and Nvidia for its breathtaking graphic cards which extends the limits of ever developing ideas to make virtual graphics. But, nowadays, from the video games’ perspective, there has been a close race between the quality and performance on reaching the final limit. But it still cannot be decided if the final limit has been set because of the reason that the new “next-gen” consoles are already out. The Ps5 and the Xbox series X or S being an example, which had promised 1080p on 60fps which is a significant leap as the max used to be 720p on 30 fps. This was basically good news as the console section had a quality leap after a long time. Similarly, desktop workstations being a universal form of “console” newer components being crafted such as the RTX 3090, the AMD Radeon 6900 XT, that supports ray tracing, effective for quality rendering and effective graphical management, helpful while making high end games. Along with it, new processors such as The Intel core i9, The Ryzen 5th generations (5950x,5200x etc.) bringing effective load management for smooth work and a beast workstation. This helps for extending the limits of what can be done within if the person has the buck for it. The ever development of technological devices from the overall sector has a chasable line where all the required materials are completely available and affordable.

Although the newer materials are being in under work and are quite such affordable for an all-invest for developers who work on these virtual graphics for applications, the ever increasing limit would be highly led by Desktops as the open source availability for them, more than consoles, workstations with strong components will help for great graphical designing and should be updated until a new gen hits.
