Tihar is the second biggest festival in Nepal. It is a festival of lights. Tihar comes after Dashain. We celebrate Tihar for five days.First day of Tihar is Kaag tihar. We give food to the crow.The second day of Tihar is Kukur Tihar. We put tika, mala to our dogs, and give food to eat.The third day of Tihar is Laxmi Puja (Gai Puja). We worship cow and goddess Laxmi. We clean our homes and decorate with lights and flowers. We also light firecrackers and girls play bailo.The fourth day of Tihar is Goru Puja. We worship ox on that day. Newar people celebrate Mha Puja. Boys play Deausi on that day.The fifth day of Tihar is Bhai Tika. We put tika from our sisters. They give us food and brother gifts to their sisters.
