The Latarambeshwor Mahadev hiking event organized by the DWIT Hiking Club was a memorable experience despite not being completed as planned. A group of 20 participants departed late due to rainfall and traveled to Tika Bhairav for breakfast before continuing toward the hike’s starting point. Unpredictable weather and poor road conditions added challenges along the way.

Although the hike began, worsening weather conditions and safety concerns led coordinators to advise returning midway. The group complied and safely headed back to Kathmandu, stopping for a meal before reaching the college.

Overall, the trip highlighted the importance of safety, teamwork, and adaptability, while still providing an enjoyable and meaningful experience for all participants.
