The immunity system is the body's system that defense against infection. The main parts of the immune system are white blood cells, antibodies, the complement system, the lymphatic, the spleen, the thymus, and the bone marrow. These immune systems actively attack germs and help to keep the body healthy. The immune system plays a great role as it protects our body from harmful substances, germs, and cell changes that could make us ill. If you feel stress at a high level and if you always have a cold, if you always have tummy troubles, if your wound heals slowly, if you feel tired all the time then these are the sign of a weak immune system.

When a child reaches the age of 7 or 8 his or her immune system is completely developed and when the adult completes the age of 65 his/her immune systems aken naturally at such cases to boost up the immune system they should be given vitamins, supplements, and nutrients, etc.

The main reason to weaken the immune system in adulthood is excess smoking, alcohol, and poor nutrition, the food which contains excess soda, alcoholic beverages, processed food, and the drinks which contain high sugar. So, we should eat healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, grapefruit, citrus, egg, milk, etc in order to strengthen our immune system. Diseases like asthma, chronic diseases, etc affect our immune system.
