Eating disorders are abnormal eating habits that have a negative impact on a person's mental and physical health. This can lead to various habits that are dangerous. This can also lead to anxiety or depression. The person with an eating disorder can either do therapy, medication, counseling, and get friends and family's support.

Some people eat very less but still see themselves as fat even if they are thin. Some people eat a lot in a shorter amount of time and some people eat a lot without control. Recovery is possible but it takes time and needs support from their friends and family. Eating Disorder is not just about food, but it is also about our mind. To prevent eating disorders, we need to promote a healthy body image and cope with stress. Every day, we should take care of our body and ourselves. In a severe case where a person's health is at risk, hospitalization may be required. And medication can be prescribed to help manage anxiety or depression. Some of the examples/symptoms of eating disorders are rapid weight loss, dizziness, fatigue, making excuses to avoid eating meals etc. Most eating disorders can involve focusing too much on weight, body shape, and food. This can lead to dangerous eating habits. These behaviors can seriously affect the ability to get the nutrition your body needs.

In conclusion, we should not judge others based on their body image. Instead, we should help them.
