This winter, my family and I went on a fun trip to Chitwan, Bandipur, Pokhara, and Manakamana. It was our best vacation because we got to travel in our own car for the first time. We had a blast exploring new places and trying new things.
We started our journey to Chitwan on a Sunday afternoon. We packed everything we needed and left at 2:30 p.m. The drive was supposed to take four hours, but since my dad was new to driving, it took us about six hours. We ate and chatted during the first hour, but the next two hours felt boring for me and my brother. After a meal in the fourth hour, I fell asleep and woke up the next morning in a cosy bed next to my mom.
I found out that my dad's maternal uncle had left Pokhara. When I asked where he went, my dad said he had to go to Kathmandu for some urgent work and took a bus early in the morning. So, he would not be with us for the rest of the trip.
The next morning, we got ready to explore a new place.
