A Little Visit to Childhood

In a land full of dreams and colors,

Where the sun shines brighter than neon,

A place with endless wonders and joy,

Oh, my dear friend, let's stroll this place.

My friend, I welcome you,

I welcome you to my favorite place.

The place we made with laughter,

The place we call our home.

Remember the hide and seek?

When the world was small and the future was bleak.

We would be in our own little heaven,

Creating trouble wherever we swayed.

The playground was our own land,

Swings and slides being the throne.

Seesaw was our favorite ride,

Imagination our guide, in a world of our own.

Ice cream all over our mouths,

Cotton candy mashed over our faces.

Laughter echoing through the whole town,

Never was a day we were low.

The bedtime stories that wished us goodnight,

The warm hugs under the dim nightlight.

The shining moonlight and never-ending dreams,

Childhood’s magic in an innocent theme.

So come, my friend, let’s chase the fleeting years,

Back where we enjoyed being hugged by youthful cheers.

In the echoes of laughter, we will find our way back,

A little visit to childhood, let's make it today.
