Meditation

Meditation is a part of yoga. It blends the mind and body giving a way to spirituality. We meditate for mental relaxation and concentration. We also meditate for our good physical and mental health. It relieves stress and self anxiety. 

Meditation is usually performed in a seated position typically known as lotus position.  This process requires a quiet place and the experience cannot be described in words. It requires involvement and should be done under the guidance of an expert. 

Practising meditation each day brings positive results in the lives of people as it benefits the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being.
