From unravelling the mysteries of the human body to exploring the farthest reaches of space, these scientific advancements have shaped our society and transformed our lives. In this article, we will delve into some of the most significant science discoveries and breakthroughs that have propelled human knowledge forward, highlighting their impact on various fields and the world as a whole.

 

I.  Medical Breakthroughs :
The realm of medicine has witnessed numerous breakthroughs that have revolutionised healthcare and extended human lifespan. The discovery and development of antibiotics, such as penicillin, have saved countless lives by combating infectious diseases. The understanding of the structure of DNA by James Watson and Francis Crick paved the way for advancements in genetics and personalised medicine.
