Falling from the sky.
Blanketing the green grass,
White as a swan’s feather
Oh! What joy to craft a snowman.
Laying down on the snow,
Wishing the moment wouldn't pass,
Wrapping the body in woollen cloth,
Winter's chill, a frozen blast.
Snowflakes dancing in the air,
Frosty breaths and rosy cheeks,
Mittened hands and scarves so fair,
Laughter ringing, pure and gentle.
