The Deerwalk art exhibition was held on the 29th and 30th of the month of Poush. It was held for two days. I went to the exhibition on the first day, which was the 29th. The exhibition was held at a place called Hayat. The exhibition experience and the opportunity to visit this wonderful exhibition were extremely exciting, motivating, and wonderful. Furthermore, I would like to go to those types of exhibitions.

There were 2 rooms that showcased the wonderful arts done by the students during the winter break. The first one that I went to was huge. It had two floors. And both of the floors were filled with beautiful, creative, and meaningful drawings and paintings. Among other paintings, I liked the one of the lion with rainbow hair made by a 12th grader. Even though I did not get the exact meaning it was saying, I did understand that lions are packed with a bunch of emotions that they cannot express. The yellow in the hair represents joy, the blue represents sadness, the red represents anger, and so on. That drawing really inspired me and gave me a lot of motivation. That drawing was my favourite in the exhibition. In room 1, there were many other art works, like the village scenery, the Ganesh, etc. Even though the second was small and only on one floor, there were still many paintings and drawings hung up there. I enjoyed the anime art created by grade 12 students in the second room. In the drawing, there was a girl who transformed into a sea creature while dipping her head into the water. The drawing was somehow really calming and satisfying to watch.

The location that our school picked for organising the exhibition was also great. There was a huge drawing painted on the wall. I did take a lot of pictures of the place itself as well. Then there was a huge garden, and the scenery and environment of the huge area (or  garden) were therapeutic. Thus, I really liked the art exhibition, and I am looking for opportunities similar to this. And I would really like to thank the school for the opportunity of going to the exhibition and for letting students showcase their hard work in their art.
