The rainy days we’re not so tame,
Full of floods and of course the stormy rain,
Oh, how I waited for them to end,
End without causing too much left to fend.
Finally, the clouds parted and I finally saw the rays,
Slowly, the tears went away,
There was a lot to manage during the in-between days,
What I hoped came to fruition and at the end I was unfazed.
There came the sun,
Bringing the pain to an end,
The Sun bright a friend,
It’s sunny rays parted the clouds,
All left of those storm-filled gloomy days were the memories that echoed so loud
