Dashain is a major festival celebrated in Nepal and it lasts for 10 days. In Dashain, we put tika and Jamara. But this year, my Dashain did not go very well. I felt very bored. I did not want to go anywhere. I was at home the whole Dashain vacation, I did not visit my relatives' house. I read the reading books for 6 to 7 days. After that, I went to my friend's house to play. We went to the Deerwalk complex and played basketball every morning. I also went cycling with my friends. I went to my friend's house a few times to fly kites. On the day of tika, we ate lots of meat and drank many cold drinks. I also went to Patan Durbar square, and Surya Binayak, with my brothers. I think this vacation was boring because I didn't go to my village. If I was in the village then it could have been more fun. After tika, I and my brother I went to Deerwalk to play basketball and we also trained there.
Overall, this year’s Dashain was not fun for me.
