As the sun set behind the horizon
she found herself alone in the woods,
She stood there as a deep sense
Of dread spread all over her,
The air around her carried
the last hint of lavender with it,
The forest felt enchanted
as if she was in a fairyland,
She sat near the lake dripping her legs
to soak the last of its warmth,
It felt like a home to her
imprinting the presence in her mind and soul,
The gentle breeze brushed past
making her hold herself more near,
She stared at the sky
as if she was spellbound by it,
She was immensely happy
Still not in the deep inside,
But this was enough for her
Until it was gonna be her last time,
