On 1st July 2019, we, the students of Grade 8 and 9, had a field visit to the dog training session in Samakoshi. There we got to learn how police dogs are trained and how they help police in the investigation and other works. DSP Dr. Sharan Shakya gave us information about it and also about the dog program to us. He gave us theoretical knowledge about dogs that are used as police dogs. Dogs are used in crime investigation, narcotics find, rescue and many other purposes. We in total saw around 5 demonstrations. It was very interesting and informative. We had great fun over there.
