My grandfather’s name is Dwarika Man Nemkul. He was an optician at Bir Hospital. After studying and working in India, he brought some machines and started making power glasses in Nepal for the first time. Slowly he and his team started to visit remote areas for eye camps. There they use to operate cataracts and also provide glasses free of cost. He had a great relationship from the small area’s public to royal families. He made frames from buffalo’s horn and sent them to Japan. He also had his own clinic in Kupondole named as CHASMA GHAR. He has done lots of work for the public of Kupondol. Mainly he maintains and protects the Krishna Mandir of Kupondol. He also started a health clinic in Mandir for people living nearby. In Krishna Mandir they also provide a vaccine of CoronaVirus with coordination with ward no 10. He and his team of tole sudhar samiti has also started “Kriya Putri Bhawan ''at Krishna Mandir of two storey with good facilities of water supply, toilets, and bathrooms for all people. Every month he donates a small amount at Occed Nepal for orphan children. So I am proud to be his grandson and also want to be like him.
