Laughter is a powerful antidote to stress, pain and conflict. Nothing works faster than a good laugh to bring your mind and body back into balance. A good hearty laugh relieves physical stress leaving your muscles relaxed for upto 30 to 45 minutes. Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and works as infection fighting antibiotics. Thus, laughter improves resistance power against diseases. It also improves the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow. Therefore, My request to the reader is to always keep laughing if not, at least smile.
