Roald Dahl is a famous British novelist. He has written several books, novels, and poems. He was born on September 13th,1916, and died on November 20th, 1990. He died at the age of 74 due to an unspecified infection. He was married to Patricia Neal and Felicity Crosland. Before he had been a novelist, he was an ace fighter, pilot, poet, and screenwriter.

In his life, he wrote many stories such as Charlie And The Chocolate Factory, Matilda, The BFG, The witches, etc. Among all the books Charlie And The Chocolate Factory is the most popular and the most famous book. Some of the books also consist of short poems like A Hand In The Bird, A Little Nut Tree, Augustus Gloop, and many more.

I like Roald Dahl's story writing format, his sense of humor, and of course his creativity. He writes in a way so everyone could understand and get interested and dive deep into the story. He really has a fascinating way of writing stories with so much magic and love. He is one of my favorite authors. My favorite book which was written by him was BFG. His books are so colorful outside.

The platform of the story is really good too. Whenever I read his book I always take a dictionary because if I don’t understand something I quickly check the dictionary. His books help children to improve their reading skills and also give children the meaning and knowledge of different works.
