Face your fears

This is a topic about why you should face your fears. Facing your fears makes us much stronger and happier. Once when I went to Pokhara I didn't want to go paragliding. I was too afraid. But my guide said that I should face my fears before the fear takes over me, so I did. When it was my turn for paragliding I was very scared. I thought I would fall for the first few seconds but I didn’t. Once I did it I was relieved. I felt way happier that I did face my fear. I learned that when you face your fears, your fears will be afraid of you. If you don't face your fears and give up, you will be afraid of almost everything. Your fears will take advantage of you. You should not give up. After you face your fears you'll feel better, calmer and you will be relieved. If you face your fears, you will feel so happy and it will feel like you can do this a lot more times. If you don't, It will keep making you scared of everything. All you have to do is face your fears and just do it! I hope you understand this. Just go for it! And you'll feel better. I used to be afraid of everything but now I understand that you should face your fears and never let them take advantage of you. At first, when other people asked me to face my fear I thought that saying it to make me feel better. But after I faced my fear that day, it changed my view of the world and actually made me much calmer. My personal advice to anyone who is stressed out or if you have too much work to do, then just do it and at the end, you can do whatever like sleep, eat, or anything else. If you have some people that you hate or dislike, you don't need to show it out, because they might be going through a lot too. I hope you guys understood this article I just wrote. It might not make that much sense but just face your fears.
