We all need healthy food. Healthy food makes our bones and teeth strong. It keeps our hearts healthy. It improves our memory. It gives us the energy to do any activity. It protects us from diseases. It keeps us happy and fresh vegetables, fruits, milk, rice, dal, egg, etc are some healthy food.
