Diego Maradona was born on October 30, 1960 in Lanus Argentina. He was a famous football player. He played for Argentina. He was the captain of Argentinian football team. He was a famous Argentinian professional football player and because of him Argentina won the world cup in 1986.
He played for Argentinos Juniors, Boca Juniors, Barcelona, Napoli, Sevilla, and Newell's Old Boys during his club career, and is most famous for his time at Napoli and Barcelona, where he won numerous games. He played football for many years before he retired. He participated in four world cups. He also became a coach of Argentina's National Football Team in November 2008. He played 490 official cups during his 21 year career. He scored 259 goals for Argentina. Diego Maradona has 2 sons. Their names are Diego Sinagra,Diego Fernando Maradona Ojeda. His wife's name was Claudia Villafane. Dieg Maradona was not just a football player but few know that he was a car racer as well. He died on November 25, 2020. He died because of heart failure on Wednesday at the age of 60 years old. To every football player Maradona is a great name whose name in the football world cannot be forgotten.
