Hello! I am Matilda and my full name is Matilda Wormwood. I am Six and a half years old. My passion is to read many books. But my father and mother don't want me to read books. I have a brother also. My brother's name is Michael. My father is a businessman as a second hand car dealer and he wants his son to be like him. My parents only value things like money. They want me to watch tv like them. But I want to read books so when my mom, dad and brother go outside I always go to the library and read children books and by the time my family comes back home, I always take some books home from the library. I read books at my home and in the library and one day I finished reading all the children's books in the library so from that time onwards, I started to read many older children books and felt amazing reading those! I could read many books from the time I was 3 years old. My parents are not honest and well educated people and several times I have played little tricks on my dad like replacing my father's shampoo with hair dye and making my family believe that there is a ghost in our house. After joining the school, I met a teacher named Miss Honey. Miss Honey thought I should be kept in middle school and talked about it to the Principal Miss Trunchbull. My parents don't want to see me go to a higher class. Miss Trunchbull bought a car from my father's second hand car shop which soon troubled her. I made a few friends at school like Lavender and Hortensia. Hortensia told us a lot about Miss Trunchbull. Miss Trunchbull is a terrible headmaster. She loves bullying children and even throwing them like a shot put! Overtime, I discovered the power of my mind; telekinesis. Miss Honey invited me to her house for tea and I have decided to use my power to give justice to Miss Honey from Miss Trunchbull who happens to be her aunt!
