On the very first day of grade V, I was so nervous to enter the class when the bell rang. Then I met my class teacher and she told me to go inside the classroom. When I entered the classroom, I sat at my place where I saw new students standing. I was wondering why they were standing, my class teacher introduced herself and then asked the new students to introduce themselves.
She then told us to introduce ourselves.
The first class was math, and then our math teacher introduced herself and gave us the classwork and the homework. In the second class, our teacher told us to make the paper craft so that we could decorate the class. Later our teacher informed us that we had a class decoration competition. While we were decorating our class she made group A,group B,and group C . Our class teacher also helped us to decorate our class. In the third class, we all went to yoga class where we met our yoga teacher. After a short introduction, in the yoga class we learned how we can be healthy. He taught us vastrika pranayam and meditation. Our yoga teacher told us how vastrika helps us to be healthy and how pranayam helps us to be fit and fine. After the yoga class all of us went for lunch. I didn’t understand at first where they were going when Pratikshya and Manavi told me that we could eat our lunch. After lunch, we all played hide and seek. We had a good time and after lunch our sports teacher came in but as he was about to take us to the ground it suddenly rained. We were so bored but one of my friends brought some ludous and we all played it. In the music class, our music teacher told us to buy the flute scale C. After the class ended we heard that our art teacher was absent. Our class teacher told us again to continue the decoration work. I was in group C. We were drawing with colourful pens and colourful pencils. In the second week, sometimes my friends would quarrel with each other and then again they would laugh at each other! One of my friends was sad and I went to ask her what happened and why she was crying. We made her laugh and started to play games. On the teacher’s day we all planned to give a surprise to all teachers and we invited teachers in the classroom and celebrated the teacher’s day. At the end of third term our class teacher changed but the classes went on fine. Our lessons were taught in a fun and exciting way. Overall, grade five experience was interesting.
