The previous week each of the new club leaderships conducted a session to explain their plan for the future of the club. The session was conducted by the newly elected presidents and vice presidents of the respective clubs.
This was an opportunity for the students to understand the club better and its leadership. To give the students a clear idea as to why they should be a member of the respective club the promotional event was conducted.
