Deerwalk Sifal School provides a wide range of merit-based scholarships. Priority is given to meritorious students.

Lesson plan

Online lesson plan is provided to the students at the beginning of each term. The plan will clearly mention the lessons to be covered in each class.

A weekly assignment of each subject is given to the students which are graded by the teacher. The student should submit the assignment within the deadline fixed by the teacher. Good grades must be maintained in order to obtain a scholarship.

The school has well equipped, spacious and furnished laboratories for Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Computer Science. In DSS, we conduct practical classes on a daily basis. Each laboratory work is monitored by an experienced teacher, who helps the students with their practical works. At the end of each practical work, the students have to take a viva voce examination before submitting their laboratory reports. The reports are checked and later compiled for students’ future references.

An academic year is divided into three terms. Each term ends with an internal examination. Academic progress of students is also evaluated through monthly tests. The scholarship in Grade XII will be decided on the basis of performance in all the examinations conducted by school as well as in the final board examination of Grade XI conducted by NEB.

A report card is given by the school after each terminal examination. Parents are requested to come personally and collect the report card. Parents are encouraged to interact with the subject teachers to discuss about the academic progress of their children.
