Sport is the activity of physical and mental efforts which makes an individual fit and fine. Sport makes people healthy. Apart from this, it is a common physical activity under the round and healthy environment.
We play games with teams so the game increases the brotherhood relation and feelings of team spirit. Every player should play the games with the highest degree of discipline which increases his/her personality and good manners. It creates competitive feelings so we can face different challenges and difficulties.
Sports are like games. Volleyball, football, basketball, cricket, table tennis, badminton, etc. are examples of sports. It gives the opportunity to increase their future career, name, fame and earn the money, so it is very important.
